      Complete verantwoording voor je productportfoilio aan alle DMU. Je eigen winkel. Sales is niet alles, ook de hoe je het doet is heel belangrijk.

      Micro-management komt meer en meer en de focus ligt altijd op de Recon. Geen mogelijkheid om te groeien.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
