      Not a high pressure place. High possibility to strive a good work-life balance. Relatively nice office space

      Cons

      management has no long term vision. Strategy changes every year. Unnecessarily conservative. Very limited career growth. Human resources well below par.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
