      I will not recommend to work in this company ( Pune branch specially) asthe HR team are playing too much politics in this branch and it seems like they are the boss of company and the way they behave with the other staff is so pathetic and worst

      Cons

      The worst HR team I came across they do lots of politics and play with the jobs of the staff if any staff don’t work under their own way

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
