Pros

* FTSE 50 company with a good reputation (seems to look good on your CV; * Subject to significant change (which is interesting but has knock-on effects); * Pay and benefits seem about average (you probably won't have to worry that they are significantly underpaying you); * Almost every manager that I had there was extremely understanding of work/life balance. You worked hard and sometimes pretty long hours but those periods were generally predictable and they recognised your contributions and let you take shorter days afterwards and so on. Never had any problems taking sick leave or having to leave to pick up your kids or whatever. Excellent in that regard - everyone was treated like adults.

Cons

* Lots of change across all markets: UK roles have moved around substantially and several sites have been closed. This may be complete now but I wouldn't bet against ongoing upheaval in other ways. Can keep you on your toes, can result in your team being significantly disrupted and/or you losing your job to redundancy. * Unless you're one of the chosen few, you probably won't be overpaid either. * The organisation is heavily focused on getting "Great Place to Work" status, which in my experience seems to mainly result in lots of paperwork/surveys and not much by way of actually making it a better place to work.

Pros

Positive work environment, Enjoy being part of a Global Service team and Company that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Amazing coworkers with Knowledge and experience.

Cons

Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.

Pros

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

Cons

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
