      Pros

      Great benefits and decent money. Have really strong desires to overtake the markets that they play in but don't necessarily give the reps the autonomy they need.

      Cons

      They really undervalue their employees. Have extremely lofty numbers which are based on greed. It's not about doing what's right for the patients, it's all about 'more'. 'More' was this years internal theme at the NSM.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
