Smile Source is a dream workplace for someone with subterranean self-esteem. Enjoy being micromanaged, disrespected, and undervalued? Apply! Does it make you tingly to have an executive team member not acknowledge your presence in a (small) meeting? Apply! If being made to feel like a second-class citizen is your jam, then Smile Source is for you!
Cons
Employees are not valued and loyalty, while demanded FROM you, will not be given TO you. You are a COMMODITY and the lower on the org chart you are, the less valuable you are - and you will be made to know it. Somebody needs to let Westworld know that one of the robots escaped and is currently the acting CEO of Smile Source. If micromanaging was an Olympic sport, she would be a gold medalist - although it would be hard to compete with so many of her subordinates lodged so firmly up her backside. Smile Source used to be a fun place to work and believe it or not, the employees used to believe in the vision but ever since it was bought out by a PEG it has become a soulless corporate wasteland, a rudderless, sinking ship being steered by clueless arseholes. Just ask them about turnover - why have there been five CEO's since 2020? Flailing much?
