Pros

Good pay Public holidays off Great health insurance

Cons

Micromanaging senior managers who have never even participated in appointments try to get you to over analyse what you can do better every day. Even 100% results raise questions. Constantly pushed to the limit by people who haven't left their home office in months while we sit there with customers breathing on us. No room for growth or promotion, despite development plans being mandatory. They change the terms of your employment when it suits them (add or take away duties) with no compensation. Forced to work in covid hot spots.

Pros

The pay was nice, and the schedule was really good. Monday through Friday was about as good as it could get, especially given the industry.

Cons

Pretty much everything else not listed in the Pros. Management was the reason this company went out of business. They lied to customers about almost everything they were providing, and scammed them out of money when the customers didn't want to continue treatment with the company because it wasn't doing the job it was supposed to do.
