Pros
Flexible schedule, ability to get more hours if hard working is a plus. Always honored my time off requests. Able to take on more tasks if necessary. Good opportunity to be a shift leader.
Cons
Not always the best pay. Hard to predict sales or weekly schedule. Not the best recognition from management. Lots of folks rotating - not a very stable staff.
