      Pros

      Great food, Great environment, easy to get promoted.

      Cons

      Long hours and no breaks. Also, employes do not understand this isn't your typical "fast food" joint, so hard work is needed and a lot of people give up to easy without taking full advantage of the company and seeing how far they can go.

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
