Before I was an employee I was a customer.I love that they make everything fresh with every visit.when I was a customer I love their attitudes they always seemed like they were in such a good mood and like everything was perfect in life. and of course I kept coming back because the food was just amazing. but working at Smashburger is a great experience because everybody is nice and everybody takes you for who you are n you just have a good time working.

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
