I have been working there for a little over a year now I started as a cashier and now I'm an assistant manager I have learned a lot from working there and I keep moving up it's a great company to work for if you're looking for a career to move up in.

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
