      Pros

      The environment of Smashburger is nothing but welcoming to new employees and I enjoy working alongside my coworkers. They are very lenient with my schedule, since I'm only a junior in high school and they don't overwork me.

      Cons

      I would say there are no cons because I haven't run into any conflict at all with the company's treatment and rules.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
