Pros

Nice fellow workers. Good food (but you have to pay for it).

Cons

Poor management. Horrible treatment of employees: management schedules hours horribly (you get sent home because they over-booked), you have to give up your break time because of poor scheduling (and this is against the law), management doesn't care if you're a student-- you get hours scheduled when you have classes and on your school breaks you get less hours than when school's in session. Food went from being free to making employees pay 50%. And, 1/2 hour meal break is supposed to be given for every 5 1/2 hours worked, however, they sneakily used a waiver without adequately explaining to the employees that they were signing approval to waive their 1/2 hour break

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
