Pros

I loved working in a face paced environment and with my fantastic co-workers. There was a real "we're in this together" feeling on good days and bad days.

Cons

I was offered a promotion to assistant manager and was required to travel to a different town 26 miles away for training at a different store instead of being trained at my own store. I was not reimbursed for the travel time or gas. I was then offered less an hour than I was making as shift manager, and was required to work 10 hours more per week (from 40 hours to 50 hours). To be fair, I did get paid overtime for time over 40 hours, but if I worked less than 45 hours a week, I would actually get paid less than I had before my promotion. Fail!

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
