Pros
* Easy, mindless job if you have a sense of urgency * Thorough training * My boss was awesome (Batavia location)
Cons
* Food service is fast-paced and rough in general * My schedule was good, but people above me were working 50 hrs per week * You can't advance within the same location. Managers can only be trained in designated training restaurants, and it has to be a different location than the one you will be managing. So if you work in a training location, the highest you can go is shift lead unless you transfer to another restaurant. Also, if you don't have a training restaurant near you, you will have to travel. I worked at a training location in Illinois and we kept training people from Kentucky.
