      Pros

      Free food. Long hours and occasional over time.

      Cons

      They value males. They run you into the ground. They tell you you will excel if you out forth the effort, they lie. More fodder to them thats all.

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
