This Job was Like a Rollercoaster and I Have Motion Sickness - Anonymous employee Smashburger Employee Review

This job is one of the most intense food service jobs I have had. Ever. 2 of the GM's I had within the past year were awesome, where 1 of the past ones and the one I work under now have unacceptable behavior. The first "bad" one missed out on almost everything a GM is required to do, where the one now simply does not listen to what you have to say. Other employees in different areas experience the same issues, and employees are pressured to do better than each other, making this an extremely competitive job. This job has been the most mentally taxing out of any job I've had and I cannot wait to leave soon.
