      Pros

      Good culture at the time. Although that seems to have tapered off some since I've left.

      Cons

      Not great working for this company. Needs some direction. They are getting better though.

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
