      Pros

      At beginning there were hopes to grow with company, but as the company grows they began to loose their visions.

      Cons

      Poor upper management decisions on finding ways to lead the company. Profit investing company looking to grow the company to sell the concept to make the money. Isn't jolee bee suppose to buy 100% of options once reaching 1000 stores?

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
