      Pros

      Smashburger is an excellent first job. The management is amazing and it really is like a family there. All employees get a 50% discount on all food.

      Cons

      There isn't much room to advance or get far in the company. The pay isn't great and you don't always get the hours you may need.

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
