      Pros

      This job is fun and has a great atmosphere. While working YOU form bonds that are great and will last a long time.

      Cons

      Corporate is a constant thorn in your back. Constantly sending new policies out. Decreasing labor while increasing work load. Very stressful.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
