      Pros

      Pay is not too bad, free food once you reach management. People can usually try to work with your scheduling

      Cons

      The restaurant is highly under staffed so the amount of work and stress isn't really worth the pay. 50 hour weeks with some 12 hour days

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
