Pros

The food is great and the company tries to accommodate every demographic that walks into their store. Standard and Safety has always been a priority to the company!

Cons

Pay: I'm going on two years and still make $10.50/hr. To and insult to injury a newer employee(started this year) got his raise and now makes more than me. Benefits: 50% off of your meal when you work, other than that you are the general public in the companies eye. Plus don't bet on getting a discount when you're traveling and stop at a different location, there isn't a system to verify employment. Career: Although I do always see a bunch of promoting I also see a bunch of kissing up right along with it. I didn't know promotions were based off of favoritism. And I did have the opportunity to get promoted but my shift lead told me they decided not to since I was working another job, sucks but I guess that's life. Overall: I'll be leaving the company shortly, I found a better job that actually works with my schedule and understands that I have a life outside of work. Plus the atmosphere there is so lively and warm, while the one at Smashburger is so dreadful and makes me regret wasting my time with the company.

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
