Pros
- It is good company when you want to start your cc journey. As someone who has 4 years of experience i felt downgraded. Specially being based in Prague as a foreigner. They don't treat you the same.
- you get worse rotation, almost no layovers.
- Other crew who are there for 10+ yrs pretend they don't see you on board, only blame for everything.
- they provide drinks and small crew meal
- you can rest beetwen boardings
Cons
- Menagment lowered flying hours due to last season fatique call outs. In my opinion, they should ask crew about this, and not doing it for everyone. My highest salary was less than 40k czk. It is impossible to leave alone at this money, half of it takes rent.
- you may not fly for 10 days and then they schedule you 10 days of flying in a row, like HRG on minimum rest.
- no per diems while layover in the same country
- due to low international crew number and not stable roster is very hard to gain new friends
- check in time can be 24/7 like 11pm,00,1 am etc. few days in a row
- even if u ask them to send you on rotation where you can earn additional money, its not happening. They ignored my emails, but they sent several times the same crew members.
