where to start... TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP bad business practices not making money from sales and barely making significant sales to make hiring so many salespeople and firing them very quickly shady practice of doing layoffs and to make their numbers looks better and hiding them as regular firings so many of my friends are getting fired and leaving for other companies that it is ridiculous and we are supposed to be a "family" i don't know if i will be next but of course like most of the people i work with and talk to we are all looking for new jobs before we unsuspectedly get fired since they are fishing to any reason to fire people who are making decent money be very wary and they will lie to you during the interview process and when you get brought on and the chance for career advancement is talked about but is honestly BS need an overhaul of leadership from directors and up
