Pros
- The people - The growth - The transparency Working at SmartVault honestly feels like you're part of the family. The leaders instill a great amount of trust which allows for innovation, ideas, and responsibility. If you are ready to work hard and see it come to fruition this is definitely the place to be. It is a small company now in the scaling phase so they are trying to grow at a rapid pace. Be sure to have the grit it takes. I grew so much working here and am glad to have had the opportunity.
Cons
The product. While there have been some great strides in improving the product recently, it is still very unintuitive. It's hard for people to learn, and there are many items that need to be fixed. The focus seems to be on the interface (which is needed probably for intuitivness and of course aesthetic) however, there are requests and features that have been asked time and time again for the product to work better which should really be heard and fixed first rather than trying to make it look pretty. We want to make sure we can keep the customers, and what is going to keep them is the functionality then aesthetic.
