I worked with smartstaff for over 2 years and while I had a great experience -there were some things that absolutely did not sit right with me and things turned sour all because of one person who has been given 5 too many teams to handle. He has a one way thought process and imposes this on all the folks, his perspective purely being from a product point of view. He is badly behaved, has an awful lot of mood swings, contradicts his own thoughts and statements all while acting utterly righteous. He threatens his employees about things like firing and cutting salaries. Such funny jokes and so original! He is a smart mouth and hence cannot handle anyone who stands up to him, and if you do manage to escalate on him, he’s going to tell you it’s not going to work out and ignore you till you resign. I had asked for an investigation which was barely looked into due to clear favorites being played. Now I urge you to run an investigation while I am not at the company because I hear that now this emotion is felt by more people. And I ask this on a social media platform so that this is taken seriously!
