      Pros

      Events and CSR. Nice office, good location. Work life balance. Knows when to stop and rest

      Cons

      Never understood why they just won’t go with even a hybrid setup considering the prices of gas. No risk management plan. Culture is poor, full of politics in the office especially on the internal team. Yearly increase always depends on the client. There’s just too much going on with their benefits like the HMO, etc.

      Pros

      Smartsourcing cares for its employees. Make sure that they are in good condition while working. If anything comes up, SS makes sure that they are able to help and they are very understanding.
