The implementation team is very stressful. Unbalanced workloads. The expectation is you will get your work done no matter how long it takes. Assignments for projects on the team seem uneven.
There was a merge with foundant in summer of 2024. It still feels like two companies, it's very confusing. Benefits that we had like time off over holidays without using PTO were removed due to the merge.
