Employee events missing as everyone is working remotely

Nothing good can be said about Smartshore Services. The facts are they are based in India, a consulting firm. They are run by the three stooges it appears but one guy makes all the decisions and he has little or no moral compass.The pay is very inconsistent. They still owe me a year later. Communication does not exist. If this company calls you "RUN" the other way. You have been warned!

Late pay checks if any. (Two to three months late on good months). I'm still owed over $5000 that was billed and paid by the client in May of 2014 and it's February 2015. No communication. As I said before do not waste your time, it's not a "real" company.
