      Pros

      Everyday i got new challenges here which are helping me to learn new thing . To bond with other team member and its also teach me the best practices of a team work.

      Cons

      As of now nothing is bad in the organization. People help each other whenever the team member requires support.

      Pros

      Currently a full time backend developer for about 9 months. The thing I love most is the open culture, where I can approach anyone about anything and everyone is learning while experimenting with new things and technologies. PHP and MySQL are the major technologies used here and a lot of freedom is there in terms of how to do things at the same time there would always be someone to guide you if needed.

      Cons

      The only con is that the management is a little inexperienced which can be a little challenging sometimes.
