Pros

There are some genuinely nice and talented professionals in the company, though unfortunately, many of them don’t stay long. Most of roles provide opportunities to start working on different tasks, which can be valuable for someone looking to gain experience and expand their skill set.

Cons

The work environment is often impacted by extreme micromanagement, making it difficult to take ownership of tasks or work on personal pace. Every call and message is being monitored, sometimes it looks like result has less value than control over people.

Pros

After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

Cons

Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

Pros

- lots of visibility due high volume smb - young team

Cons

- more C2B than B2B - small clients - ratio outbound work > client work (70:30) - less learning about common sales skills (MEDDPIC ect.) and sales tools

Thank you for the transparent and honest feedback. Our sales model is intentionally SMB-focused and outbound-driven, and we strive to make this clear from the beginning. At the same time, we’re continuously investing in sales enablement, methodologies and tools to strengthen skill development over time. We appreciate the contribution and wish you all the best going forward. Smartness Team
