      Pros

      Il full remote, se si sa gestire bene il proprio tempo, rappresenta un enorme vantaggio in termini di qualità della vita: si recuperano ore preziose eliminate dal pendolarismo e si lavora in un ambiente confortevole e personalizzato. A livello umano le persone in azienda sono genuine e disponibili con una buona attitudine alla collaborazione e al supporto reciproco.

      Cons

      L'azienda ha un'anima da startup e opera in un settore AI in rapida evoluzione, il che significa che bisogna costantemente tenersi aggiornati. La formazione interna c'è, ma puó non essere sufficiente: è necessario investire anche in modo autonomo nel proprio aggiornamento professionale. Non è un ambiente per chi preferisce ritmi stabili e consolidati.

      Pros

      After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

      Cons

      Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

      - lots of visibility due high volume smb - young team

      Cons

      - more C2B than B2B - small clients - ratio outbound work > client work (70:30) - less learning about common sales skills (MEDDPIC ect.) and sales tools
