11yThank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Effective January 1, 2015, we rolled out a new performance management program where employees across the country all receive structured reviews every January, with feedback at every six month mark. We acknowledge that we needed a more efficient performance review process, hence the launch of the new program. In regards to training opportunities, we are actively working to grow our Smartlink University, which offers specialized training for our entire workforce.
