Pros
Employees are all great people, most of my peers have excellent work ethic and are accountable.
Cons
Clearly this company is prepping to sell. Consistent layoffs of good people replaced by cheap inexperience people requiring PMs and PGMs to hand hold, creating a stressful work environment requiring FAR more than 40 hours a week. It’s always “Do more with less”. They lie and change bonus structures or make an excuse as to why they cannot be paid out. Forced demotions/pay cuts. Toxic culture and environment. Executives are drunks and you are treated poorly if you are not in the CEO’s personal circle of friends at HQ.
