Pros
Smartkarma is a great company to work for, it has a great culture and the people are amazing! Looking back to my first weeks with the company, I can fairly say I kind of settled in right away. I like how Smartkarma is very family-friendly, like families visiting loved ones in the office, people working together and helping each other and the heads taking some time to connect with their employees on a personal level. The company has a flexible work schedule and generous leave policy, from a working parent's perspective, this helps a lot! The location is convenient and near the MRT and NTUC. There is also a shopping mall which is just a stone's throw away and lots of eateries. I have worked at Smartkarma for over a year and those days will always be remembered as happy and nothing short of wonderful.
Cons
The company is growing and people just love to come together to discuss ideas or just to eat in, maybe a bigger office support spaces and a proper reception area would be great.
