Only good for short term - Graphic Designer Smartivity Employee Review

- lot of pressure and wasted work due to poor management - have lost/changed their vision and don't discuss it with the employees - cost cutting at every front, they push for quality but can't afford it (eg. no pay rise unless you fight for it, HRs are always leaving, only 1-2 people get bonuses per year, employees "let go" because cheap freelancers are hired substandard work, giving impossible deadlines)
