Lack of Leadership - Prefer Not to State Smarter Systems Employee Review

The teamwork and the sense of everyone jumping in to help with a project or a problem is the best thing I have experienced at this workplace.

Not having everyone in the office because of the pandemic.

Possibility of flexibility depending on role/relationship with leadership.

Low base pay, no room for growth, and expected to absorb roles of departed employees without compensation for change in workload.
