      Pros

      There are some funny and smart people that work for the company and small pockets of success.

      Cons

      There are some poor people in senior management roles with poor manners and one in particular with an awkward style that leaves staff members uncomfortable. Most of the resignations can be linked back to one person within the organisation at C level. It won't take you long to work out who.

      Open, Flexible, Modern and growing fast. Exciting product with a real positive outcome for the world. Inspiring founder. Team Managers are generally really excellent.

      Cons

      Some questionable decisions by senior management, that has and does destroy some faith in the organisation.
