Pros
Met some great people (we all united over the horrible experience).
Cons
- No company direction, no one knew what they were working towards.
- Massive culture of blame, especially from the top down.
- There was so much wrong with how the MD ran the company. She also stepped in as COO at some point, that's when the company went downhill.
- We're not sure about the CEO, he was barely there, except to give everyone false hope about the future of the company and then disappear when things didn't go to plan.
- HR was brought in at some point throughout the chaos, to hire and fire (mostly fire) and was inexperienced, unprofessional and made everyone feel uncomfortable around her.
- The company was very stingy, they wouldn't even provide fresh water for the company employees.
- Highest turnover I've ever seen and all the employees left in the worst way, with so much disrespect from management.
- Our team was never heard or given technical direction and when we raised concerns about the CTO we were kicked out the company by both the CTO and MD (hiding behind HR when possible).
- Many more, but the bottom line is that from a team of around 30 employees, they've ended up with about 11 within the past few months.
