Pros
Work environment is not stressful. Job is enjoyable. It's easy to get along with people. There are a lot of opportunities to learn here.
Cons
no 401k, pay is extremely low and they rarely give raises. One of my coworkers worked there for 8 years without a raise. Employees are sometimes promoted to new positions without a penny of a raise.
