Not competitive salaries, unqualified team leaders, untrained managers, no opportunity to grow. All of this makes Smartbox a company that's not worth working for. And it seems like the HR people refuse to open their eyes on this, as they are justifying themselves on each bad comment without trying to work on the real issues. Most of the managers have absolutely no clue about how to deal with people and how to manage their team. People should learn how to manage themselves before attempting to manage others. A good manager needs to trust and know enough its own skills, and must hire smart and skilled people without fearing their success. But at Smartbox, the more qualified and proactive you want to be, the more chances you have to be left on the side by your managers. Except when they need you work numerous extra hours. It's a very selfish way to manage, as they are doing things for their own benefit only. They don't have a global vision on a project, and have hard time communicating clear informations. It is a pity, because you will meet amazing people, but they will all leave as soon as they can. Many examples of bullying from the managers, regularly coming from their lack of confidence, and probably due to their young age.
