Skilled employees Friendly staff and seniors Technologies used
Cons
The workplace culture would benefit from a more employee-centric HR function. Unfortunately, there appears to be a lack of confidentiality in handling employee concerns and discussions, which has reduced trust in the India HR head. The current India HR leadership is perceived by many employees as being inconsistent in its approach. While maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership is important, employees expect HR to remain impartial, approachable, and supportive to all staff members regardless of hierarchy or location. There is a noticeable gap between employee expectations and the support being provided, particularly when addressing workplace concerns and management-related challenges. Many employees feel that their voices are not adequately represented or protected. For the organisation to foster a healthier work environment and improve employee confidence, leadership may want to evaluate the effectiveness of the current HR structure and consider changes that promote fairness, confidentiality, transparency, and employee well-being. So for the company’s long term benefit change the India HR.
