- not really anything worth saying. No one is perfect by any means but there aren't any true cons in my opinion.

SmartSites has a fantastic training system. After a short time, I feel like I've learned more than what I did throughout my entire previous job. And they haven't gone about it in a stressful way, but instead it is very structured and full of people who are extremely willing to help. Management at all levels seems very kind and down to earth. It's great to be at a company that manages to have social and supportive coworkers while still being fully remote too.

Hard to think of cons when it comes to the job itself. It is a bummer that healthcare/ 401k benefits don't kick in for a few months, and premiums are higher than where I used to work.
