Pros

Your rate is not bad for the time spent. You will go to different locations every time so there is less concern about interactions. You get your jobs done.

Cons

As their team who arrange your appointments are only available online (no office in New Zealand), you will find from time to time situations where your clients' expectation is not beyond what you have anticipated. You are the one who needs to rectify any misunderstanding and guide them to meet the guideline from Smartshoot.

Smart Shoot is arguably the worst at communication. The employees are rude to the photographers and never help when we have questions. They constantly screw over the photographers financially and are NEVER available to help even though they send a message for every client project saying to call if we have an issue. They do not respond or call back in a timely fashion, if at all. No matter how professional I keep it they always have a less than professional and sometimes borderline inappropriate responses. They lie and do not listen or read your messages then reply with an unhelpful answer, ignoring all the important things you mention or ask. They just care about getting money for themselves and do not care whether their employees are paid or taken care of.
