Pros
At SmartScripts, we have a very collaborative team work environment where ideas are shared freely to improve our efficiency, accuracy, and reliability as a company. I personally have found it refreshing to work for a company that is not interested in doing things the way they have always been done, and is willing to push the bounds of an industry to serve the needs of our growing client base.
Cons
There are very few cons to contributing to this laid back work environment. The only improvement I would make is opening up the communication channels, and making sure sure the entire team is informed about upcoming projects or changes in workflow so we can better prepare.
