      Fun work environment, flexible hours

      Cons

      Really poor communication. Hard to know who there cared about me as a person, and who cared about taking credit for my work. One minute it was "We love you, and you're an important part of this team" the next it was "You're not working hard enough, and we'll fire you if you don't improve", with mixed messages on what exactly needed to be improved.

      Pros

      Exciting Startup SaaS Environment, Interesting subject matter, Good people to work with. Some basic benefits like insurance and remote work were provided, but that could potentially change in the future.

      Cons

      SmartScout is a fast-paced startup with a lot of things going on and a lot of changes. If you are flexible and can adapt quickly this shouldn't be a problem. FYI, the reason for leaving was another opportunity that I couldn't pass up. Had it not come up I would still be with SmartScout.
