Pros
I've been with Smartrise for more than 3 years. They have been very fair to me, and have given me opportunities to grow in responsibilities. If you are serious about doing your job and looking for ways to contribute more, there are ways to advance here.
I like that Smartrise doesn't have the feast-and-famine cash situation like other mid-size companies. They manage their operations well. I get the feeling that they will be around for a long time.
Cons
As a mid-size company there aren't the usual loads of people to take care of every little thing. We have to sometimes wear multiple hats and handle more tasks than at a large company.
Some of the "old-timers" remember the early days when things were less structured and more hectic, like any small company. Those long-term employees sometimes make negative comments and affect the attitudes of others. They don't see how things have improved over the years.
