If do not mind waiting a month or more to get paid- go for it. - Ethnographer SmartRevenue Employee Review

Smart Revenue is a great company to work for. I enjoyed going to different locations and meeting different people. I also enjoyed finding out about different products and companies. The people at Smart Revenue were always friendly and positive.

I could have used more work, but at times it was slow.

Up until Fall 2018, I would have given Smart Revenue nothing but glowing reviews. The main project I was assigned to had occasional breaks, but was consistent and profit margin for ethnographers on the project was high if quotas were met. The project management team was courteous and professional, and I enjoyed the flexibility of hours and the interesting nature of the work. If they had continued to pay on time and hadn't shut down, I would have loved to continue.

Checks for 09/20 and 10/05 for previous months' work were delayed. After that, did not get paid for the rest of the year. I ceased working on the project when they got really behind in November, but decided to get caught up once they sent an email stating they would have payment (or a timeline for paying us) in early December, making me think they were making a good faith effort to still pay, even if delayed. The week before Christmas, they sent us an email saying SmartRevenue has shut down. Had I known they were going to shut down, I would not have gone out and worked a single more hour. I worked hard on the project, as I have for the past 4+ years, and want my back pay!!!!
