      Good colleagues all around - one thing SmartOSC does especially well is recruitment, as they consistently hire people with strong skills and proven capabilities.

      Aside from the colleagues, most aspects are disappointing-poor management, low pay, and more. Many talented people tend to stay only temporarily until they find opportunities that better match their worth.

      Pros

      The working time is very flexible. We can start any time from 9h to 10h and go home from 6h30 to 7h30. People are young and enthusiastic. New members are guided by managers.

      Cons

      Sometime people have to do the job of two or three people. The OT pay is rare if you working in product team.
